Owner and Chief Executive of Vomela Specialty Company in St. Paul, MN 1990- Present Vomela has seen revenues increase from $3 million in 1990 to over $40 million in 2004. Mr. Auth has been involved as either an investor or a corporate CEO in the acquisition of more than 20 companies. Most notably, Mr.Auth was Chairman and CEO of ITI Technologies, Inc., a global security, life safety, systems software and communications company. Under his leadership ITI experienced tremendous growth and success. The company was recognized three times by Business Week and Forbes magazines as being among the best small companies in America. Mr. Auth was recognized in 1985 as the St. Paul, Minnesota Small Businessman of the Year. Randolph Geissler currently is Chief Executive Officer of Geissler Corporation. He specializes in managing companies and technologies involved in the veterinary science field by selectively discovering or creating technologies and strategically introducing those assets to the markets. Technologies include, among others: radio frequency identification and optical imaging. His vision and implementation are directly responsible for propelling the implantable microchip from "just an idea" to its highly successful current status of more than 100,000,000 microchips implanted in animals worldwide for identification and tracking.
